Delicious Valentine Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Valentine’s Day is almost here and I have a fun recipe to share with you! This peanut butter blossom is a pretty popular cookie, but you usually see it with Hershey Kisses.

A few years back I saw these cookies with Reese’s hearts in the middle instead and thought it was genius! Reese’s are my favorite and the more peanut butter the better!

This is a pretty simple recipe! Once you’ve gathered your ingredients, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown and white sugar. Add in the egg, milk, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the flour mixture to your wet ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Remember that the dough has to be chilled for an hour before you can bake them so you want to make sure that you plan around that!

Fun for Kids!

This is a fun recipe to do with kids. While I’m mixing the cookies, I have them unwrap all of the candies and put them in a bowl. Of course, they usually sample one or two!

They love rolling the dough into balls and coating them with sugar! And then they can’t wait for them to come out so they can plop that Reese’s right in the center of the cookie! So good!
